Rules & Regulation

• Monster Kit is a set of product given to participants when they buy the event ticket, including 01 event T-shirt, 01 Wristband, 01 Asia Park ticket. All Color Monsters must redeem their Monster Kit before entering the event area.
• Color Monsters are required to wear a CMR T-shirt and wristbands at all times in the event area. Anyone who does not wear the wristband according to regulations, loses their wristband for any reasons will not be allowed to participate in the event.
• Our official registration channel is the event website https://www.colormerun.vn. The Organizer is not responsible for registrations from third parties, channels or locations other than the official channel.
• Color Monsters pledge to be in full health when participating in the event. We will not be responsible for any compensation for life, injury or any compensation provided by law.
• Festival artists may or may not perform. In the event of a change or cancellation, no refunds will be accepted.
• We as well as our partners and artists will not be held responsible for your travel expenses if the event is canceled or postponed.
• The Organizer, partners and artists are not responsible for the loss, theft or damage to personal items or injury for any reason that occurs during the event or within the event area.
• Filming/ photography/ live streaming of performances in any form is strictly prohibited in the event’s stage area. The Organizer reserves the right to ask violators to leave the performance area and not refund tickets.
• Under certain circumstances, certain areas of the event space may be limited.
• A running route is bounded by edges and curbs or can be identified by road markings/cone poles. Color Monsters should be familiar with the signs, instructions, and fully comply with Vietnamese laws on not destroying any public property during the event and will be held fully responsible for any wrongdoing they cause.
• Color Monsters behave disorderly, offensively or inappropriately; and fail to follow instructions/ warnings from the organizing staff will result in immediate removal from the event. The Organizer will not refund the ticket fee for the above cases.
• Any unauthorized entry to the event will result in immediate removal of the event area. In certain cases, we will invite the cooperation of the police and government agencies towards violators.
• Luggage (backpacks, bags, travel suitcases, …) with dimensions larger than 20cm x 15cm x 9cm will not be allowed into the event area. 
• The Organizer will refuse entrance to anyone who is intoxicated, is clearly under the influence of drugs, alcohol, stimulants or is deemed unfit to participate. Anyone found to be carrying illegal substances, weapons and/ or other prohibited items will be reported to the police immediately. No refunds will be accepted.
• Food and drinks from outside are prohibited from being brought inside the event area.
• The Organizer does not welcome shirtless Color Monsters. Those who take off their shirt during the event will be asked to put it back on.
• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to serve any case where the Organizer considers a participant to behave inappropriately. Color Monsters who are forced out of the event for any reason will be banned from returning to the event area.
• This is an environmentally friendly event. So please protect the Mother Earth by putting garbage in the right place.
• Ban on shops and illegal business in the event area.
• Acts of soliciting customers, handing out flyers, trialing or distributing samples are prohibited.
• Wine and alcoholic beverages are only available to Color Monsters 21 years of age and older.

• The Organizer is disclaimed from all liabilities for:
  • Accidents and injuries occurred at the event due to the participant’s failure to follow the regulations of the Organizer.
  • Loss of health to the participant due to illness or any injuries caused by the participant himself during the participation.
  • The safety of personal assets at the event, the Organizer is not responsible for any loss.
  • When force majeure events, weather incidents… affect the performance and the quality of the performance.
  • The Organizer provides services in compliance with the laws of Vietnam, excluding liability related to death, physical or mental injury (including recurrent or aggravated injury) or related conditions. In relation to illness, disease can cause harm to participant and the community for everyone participating in this event.

Ticket fee will not be refunded for any cases or reasons.

In case the Event is postponed due to force majeure events:

1. Force majeure event is an event that occurs objectively, which cannot be foreseen and cannot be remedied even though all necessary and permissible measures have been applied, beyond human control. , including but not limited to: natural disaster, epidemic, fire, flood, fire, explosion, earthquake, sabotage, insurrection, riot, war or other similar disaster, national mourning, national emergencies, bans by competent authorities prohibiting the organization of the Event.
2. Force majeure events include the occurrence or re-emergence of SARS-CoV-2 or other diseases with a similar level of spread and the competent authority promulgates a ban on mass gatherings, implements social distancing leading to the impossibility of holding the Event even though the Parties have taken all possible measures.
3. In case the Event is postponed due to the aforementioned force majeure events, the Event organizer will notify the Buyer of the new schedule and will not refund the ticket.

We collect information from you when you register for our event, respond to a survey, join our preference list or register online on our website. When registering on our website, you may be asked to enter: your name, email address, email address, phone number or credit card information.

Any information we collect from you may be used for one of the following purposes:

• The Organizer may legally use the Color Monster’s information and images for any commercial purposes.
• To personalize your experience (your information will help us better meet your individual needs).
• To improve our website (we constantly strive to improve our website based on the information and feedback we receive from you).
• To improve customer service (your information will help us to effectively respond to your inquiries as well as support needs).
• To process transactions. Your information, whether private or public, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or otherwise allowed to be used by any other company for any reason without our consent, except for the purpose of providing requested products or services.
• The email addresses that you provide may be used to send you information and updates relating to your registration, in addition to receiving information, company news, updates, related products or services, etc.

We are committed not to sell, exchange, or transfer your personal information to outside parties. 

From time to time, at our discretion, we may request or offer third party products/services on our website. These third-party websites have separate and independent privacy policies. We are therefore not responsible for the content and activities of linked websites. However, we are always looking for ways to protect the integrity of our websites and welcome any feedback about these sites.
